This wonderful man was worried about wasting my time - I was worried about wasting his. Good reflection shots without Pocket Wizards are difficult. He's looking at an exhibit that contains his art and his granddaughter's art. I think the reflection is appropriate for this type of story.
I've been thinking about that a lot lately - it's tempting to try a fun new technique on your next assignment, but the technique has to fit the assignment, I think, even if you got it wrong on the last one and desperately want to give it another shot. There's something similar in music, I think - how much can guitar really express the theme of a song? Yeah, so that's what I think about when I'm not moping about not having the right gear for this job.

I like this frame. And as far as wanting to try something different/new on your next assignment...you should! Take the "safe shot" and then go ahead and try something creative that might not necessarily fit the story.
